John Snider
Founder
John Snider is the founder of Bellacatio, and dedicated to advancing the education, employment, retention, financial literacy, STEM development, and housing stability of veterans. An Army veteran himself, John brings a deeply personal commitment to the mission and a career defined by leadership, growth, and strategic execution. He has built and led organizations from early-stage startups to Inc 5000 enterprises, serving as a CEO, President, board advisor, and strategic coach across both federal and commercial markets.
With a background that spans network engineering, software development, program management, and executive leadership, John combines technical depth with proven business acumen to create meaningful opportunities for others. Through Bellacatio, he is channeling that experience into a cause he is passionate about: helping veterans build stronger, more stable futures through access to knowledge, opportunity, and long-term support.
Justin Slep
President
Justin is a decorated United States Marine Corps combat veteran and nationally recognized leader in veteran's advocacy. Born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania, he graduated from Altoona Area High School in 2002 and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps that same year. He served honorably for four years, including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and separated from service in 2006.
Justin holds a bachelor's degree in psychology with a Minor in Substance Abuse from Purdue University Global. His career in public service spans nearly two decades, marked by innovation, leadership, and a relentless commitment to improving the lives of Veterans and their families.
Angel Snider
Director of Human Resources
Angel is a seasoned business and human resources executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience spanning government services, consulting, and workforce management. She currently serves as Vice President of Dynosi Government Services Corp, where she has helped guide organizational operations and strategic growth since 2016. Her professional background includes prior leadership in human resources, workforce consulting, and early career experience in education support. Angel also holds respected industry credentials in human resources and IT service management.

In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Angel is a an Air Force Veteran, founding member and now serves as Director of Human Resources for Bellacatio. In this role, she helps shape the organization’s internal people strategy while supporting a broader mission focused on empowering veterans and strengthening their long-term quality of life.
Chase Perry
Full Stack Developer
Chase Perry is a recent graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School and is continuing his education in Cyber Security and Exercise Science. He has diverse work experience in customer service, financial handling, and technical support. Chase has been actively involved in leadership organizations, including the National Honor Society and the Future Business Leaders of America, where he volunteered in the community.

He is passionate about serving and supporting veterans, recognizing their sacrifices and dedication. He actively seeks opportunities to give back to those who have served, aligning his skills with causes that honor them. His technical abilities include programming, cybersecurity, computer repair, CAD design, and mobile app development, paired with interests in technology, sciences, fitness, and creative design.
