Mark Richards
Founder of
Cool Hollow Solutions
Mark Richards began his career 18 years ago, selling life insurance out of the trunk of his car – a humble start he never expected would lead to founding and owning Cool Hollow Financial and Cool Hollow Solutions. What fueled him then still fuels him now: a genuine interest in people, their stories, and their goals.
After years of navigating the challenges of running a small business on his own, Mark launched Cool Hollow Solutions in 2015 with one purpose in mind: to support other business owners so they don’t have to go it alone. Today, he partners with organizations to clarify their vision for the future and to develop practical, actionable plans to bring that vision to life.
Recognized for his distinctive style, natural warmth, and ability to connect with others, Mark approaches each client with the understanding that no two businesses—or people—are alike. He and his team tailor every engagement to meet the unique needs, strengths, and personality of the businesses they serve.
When he’s not working, Mark can usually be found on the beach in the Outer Banks, spending time with his children, Luke and Lyla, or exploring Franklin County, PA on a motorcycle ride with his wife.

Micah Coger
CEO of
AutoBridge Systems
Micah Coger, a 15-year seasoned executive, brings a rare blend of technical vision, community commitment, and personal purpose to his role as an advisor for Bellacatio. As the Founder and CEO of AutoBridge Systems, he has built a career at the intersection of technology, education, and public-sector innovation. His work centers on using technology to expand opportunity for underserved communities, and he sees veterans as a group whose strength and resilience deserve far more support and investment than society often provides.
Micah’s passion for serving veterans is rooted in family. His father, an Army veteran, shaped his understanding of discipline, sacrifice, and the long-term challenges service members face when transitioning into civilian life. That influence instilled a deep respect for those who have worn the uniform and a personal responsibility to give back. It also drives Micah’s belief that technology, when taught intentionally, can be a powerful equalizer, opening doors to employment, entrepreneurship, financial stability, and personal growth.
Through his work in state, local, and federal government, Micah has seen firsthand how digital skills can transform someone’s career trajectory. He is committed to bringing that expertise to Bellacatio, designing programs that help veterans build financial literacy, strengthen employment readiness, secure stable housing, and access mental-health support. He views this advisory role not as a title but as a chance to contribute meaningfully to a mission that aligns with his core values.
Micah is grateful for the opportunity to support Bellacatio’s next chapter. His goal is to help shape initiatives that honor veterans’ service and expand the pathways available to them, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive long after their military careers.
