As the Director of Franklin County Veterans Affairs, Justin has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation. He has spearheaded initiatives like Operation Save-A-Vet, Save-A-Pet, and Operation REACH, which have had a profound impact on veterans' lives in Franklin County. His efforts in organizing annual events such as the Veterans’ Expo and the Veterans Affairs Golf Tournament fundraiser have not only raised awareness but also brought much-needed support to the veteran community.

Justin’s hands-on approach and his ability to identify and address the unique needs of veterans make him an ideal leader for Bellacatio.
